Daily, the issues with hosting the Windows Server software seem to increase in volume and complexity. We rely on a deep knowledge of DNS services to create and route Hardware & Software firewalls to prevent the exploits from attacking our server grids.

The most frustrating thing for us, is that the core Microsoft code is obviously protected and hard to edit. Denying us access to write and inject our own defense mechanisms and many are forced to rely on "Windows Updates".

Fortunately with Virtualization technologies we are able to protect these servers by structuring and managing their communication, even though they maybe in-secure by default, we are able to carefully monitor the communication in and out of the server to limit the risk of hackers attacking exploits.

This we believe to be an effective measure in protecting server grids, as the industry grows we hope to see more job postings for Virtualization Specialized Server & IT Managers.
